ABOUT WASTEWISE EVENTS
Food Waste Management Across the Event Food Cycle
Our training program is designed to help event and hospitality professionals manage food waste at every stage of food service operations. Rather than treating waste as an afterthought, we teach participants how to prevent waste before it happens, control it during the event, and recover value after the event.
This program combines practical kitchen skills with event planning, purchasing, costing, storage, preparation, cooking, service, stock control, and post-event evaluation. It is suitable for both small and large event operations and can be delivered face-to-face, online, or in blended format.
At the end of training, participants receive certification based on the level completed.
